Legal Officer – English‑speaking (Peru)

About the role

Law Hero, a commercial law firm operating in Laos and Myanmar, is expanding into Peru. We are seeking an English‑speaking Legal Officer to support client projects across Peru and other jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare letters of legal advice and other legal memoranda.
• Draft commercial contracts and related documentation.
• Assist with company incorporation and corporate secretary tasks.
• Conduct legal research on relevant topics.
• Produce legal publications and support business‑development initiatives.

Required profile

• Law degree with admission to practice law in Peru.
• Experience in company incorporation.
• Minimum one year of relevant professional experience.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
