Social Media Strategist

About the role

The Social Media Strategist will design and execute high‑impact social media programs for multiple client brands. You will translate brand messaging into engaging, shareable content that drives awareness, engagement, and measurable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement platform‑specific strategies for Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit and emerging channels.
• Create and manage content calendars, publishing schedules, and performance dashboards across several client accounts.
• Monitor trends, algorithm updates and cultural moments to keep strategies current.
• Identify, recruit and manage influencer and user‑generated content creators, handling outreach, negotiations and deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal creative teams to produce short‑form video, graphics and copy that meet brand standards.
• Work closely with paid‑media specialists to ensure integrated campaign execution.
• Leverage AI tools for ideation, copywriting and visual generation while maintaining an authentic brand voice.

Required profile

• 2‑5+ years of experience managing social media for brands or agencies.
• Proven ability to craft engaging, shareable social strategies for both B2B and B2C audiences.
• Highly organized with strong proactive communication and project‑management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail in visual media and written communication.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
