Ecommerce Strategy & Implementation Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented analyst to join our Strategy & Implementation team, supporting e‑commerce clients with demand planning, site merchandising and growth initiatives. The role is fast‑paced, data‑driven and involves close collaboration with managers and external project leads.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand‑planning forecasts and promotional calendars for client e‑commerce sites.
• Execute site‑merchandising strategies and monitor performance metrics.
• Produce regular performance reports and analysis to identify profitability opportunities.
• Participate in internal strategy meetings, providing updates on forecasts, promotions and growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams via Slack, WhatsApp and email to ensure timely execution.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience handling large data sets.
• Effective communicator with a client‑advocacy orientation.
• Willingness to work EST business hours (8:00 AM‑6:00 PM EST, Monday‑Friday).
• Full‑time availability with no concurrent employment.
• Reference that can be contacted.

Required skills

• Amazon Seller Central (minimum 2 years experience).
• Amazon Vendor Central (minimum 2 years experience).
