Solutions & Value Consultant – Retail & CPG SaaS

About the role

Kuona is seeking a Solutions & Value Consultant to act as the trusted advisor for strategic retail and CPG clients in Peru. You will translate complex business challenges into actionable SaaS solutions, ensuring measurable ROI and sustained platform adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key retail and CPG accounts.
• Lead onboarding and implementation of the Kuona platform, driving rapid adoption.
• Diagnose client business needs and design value‑focused roadmaps using the platform.
• Apply consulting methodology to structure problems, uncover opportunities, and propose optimization plans.
• Maintain high‑level relationships with senior stakeholders and manage escalations professionally.
• Monitor platform usage, identify improvement areas, and collaborate with technical, product, and sales teams.
• Deliver business reviews and executive presentations that showcase achieved ROI.
• Support contract renewal and expansion through demonstrable value creation.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in consulting, customer success, or client‑facing roles.
• Background in strategic consulting firms (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Deloitte) is highly valued.
• Experience working with CPG or retail clients, preferably with knowledge of Revenue Growth Management or pricing.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret commercial data and generate strategic recommendations.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Expertise in presentation tools such as PowerPoint and Google Slides.
• Familiarity with BI or analytics platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Comfort with SaaS tools and an AI‑first approach to process optimization.
