General Manager – Peru Office

About the role

We are looking for a General Manager to lead our Peru office, overseeing daily operations, driving growth and ensuring the delivery of our textile trading services across South America.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the Peru office, including sales, finance, logistics and compliance.
• Develop and execute business strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, banks and partners.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, costs and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies.
• Motivate and develop the local team to achieve operational targets.
• Identify new business opportunities in Peru and the wider South American textile market.
• Coordinate closely with the Singapore head office and international suppliers.
• Provide regular reporting, market updates and insights to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven senior management or country management experience.
• Strong understanding of textile trading, import/export or distribution.
• Experience in the Peruvian or South American market is a strong advantage.
• Excellent leadership, decision‑making and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
