About the role
Jefo is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to promote its high‑performance nutritional solutions for poultry and swine in Peru, with the possibility to be based in Chile or Argentina. The role combines scientific knowledge with sales expertise to help customers reduce antibiotic use and improve animal health.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute an annual business plan to grow sales in the assigned territory.
- Identify and contact potential customers, analyse their needs and propose appropriate Jefo products.
- Conduct meetings, product presentations and on‑site demonstrations for prospects and existing clients.
- Maintain and update the customer database and Salesforce with all activities.
- Provide after‑sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and handling any technical queries.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and monitor market trends.
- Represent Jefo at industry associations, trade shows and conferences, including booth management and product training.
Required profile
- Veterinary degree or bachelor’s in animal sciences.
- 5–10 years of experience in animal nutrition sales, preferably with poultry and swine.
- Strong understanding of gastrointestinal pathologies in livestock.
- Proven ability to manage customer relationships and deliver technical support.
Required skills
- Animal nutrition knowledge (poultry and swine).

- Administrative and financial competence.
- Production technical expertise.
- Market analysis capability.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Mac environments.
- Experience using Salesforce for sales tracking.
