Bilingual Server – Dubai (Relocation from Quito)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual server to join our hospitality team. The position is based in Quito with the possibility of relocation to Dubai for project assignments. You will interact with guests in both Spanish and English, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Attend to guests in the dining area, take orders and recommend dishes and beverages.
• Serve food and drinks, coordinate with kitchen and bar, and keep tables clean and well set.
• Handle payments, answer menu questions and provide service in both Spanish and English.
• Maintain clear, professional communication and ensure an excellent guest experience throughout service.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience in a similar server or floor‑service role.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a warm, hospitality‑focused approach.
• Ability to work under pressure, in dynamic environments and as part of a team.
• Availability for full‑time, on‑site work with rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai for project assignments.
