About the role
VT Markets is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in the CFD market across Peru. Working remotely, you will identify new leads, expand the broker and partner portfolio, and collaborate closely with regional marketing and client‑relations teams.
Key responsibilities
- Originate and qualify new business leads within the CFD industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs) and other partners.
- Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Expand and oversee a portfolio of brokers and partners, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with regional marketing and client‑relations teams to align growth strategies.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of business development experience in the CFD sector.
- Proven track record working with IBs and partners.
- Diploma or degree in any field.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate fluently in Spanish and English.
- Willingness to travel within Peru up to 10% of the time.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for preparing sales decks.
