About the role

The International Potato Center (CIP) seeks a Data Full-Stack Development Intern to support the Germplasm Health Unit in Lima, Peru. The intern will contribute to building and maintaining a web‑based application for pathology laboratory information management and related data services.

Key responsibilities

Develop and produce a web‑based application for the Germplasm Health Unit, including interfaces to corporate, user, and external databases.
Optimize and maintain historical data archives.
Generate reports and provide maintenance for AWS S3 resources used in bioinformatics analysis.
Ensure system security, documentation, and readiness for production deployment.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable solutions for CGIAR GHUs.
