Digital Marketing Strategist (E-Commerce)

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Strategist to drive our e‑commerce growth. You will craft and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google and other platforms, working closely with a remote‑first team while spending one day per week in our Lima office.

Key responsibilities

• Write, test and iterate ad copy for Meta, Google and additional channels.
• Brief editors and designers on creative concepts and provide precise feedback.
• Manage the end‑to‑end creative production process from idea to final asset.
• Continuously experiment with new angles, hooks and formats to improve performance.
• Research top brands for inspiration and bring fresh ideas to the team.
• Gradually assume greater ownership of creative direction as you grow.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience creating and managing content for brands.
• Strong visual sense and an ear for compelling copy.
• Fast learner, obsessive about results and comfortable with AI tools.
• Hardworking, reliable and coachable.
