Full Stack Laravel + React Developer – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

Bluelight Consulting is seeking a skilled Full Stack Laravel + React Developer to join its rapidly growing remote team serving clients across the United States and Latin America. You will work on challenging, high‑impact projects, building modern web applications that combine a robust Laravel backend with dynamic React front‑ends.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Laravel (v8+) applications and RESTful APIs.
• Implement front‑end features using React (or Vue.js/Laravel Livewire) and integrate with Inertia.js.
• Write automated tests using Pest PHP, PHPUnit, Laravel Dusk, and Playwright.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality, customer‑focused solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, estimate effort, and ensure timely delivery.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional experience with Laravel (v8 or newer).
• Strong knowledge of Eloquent ORM, Laravel Authentication, and Query Builder.
• Hands‑on experience with testing tools such as Pest PHP, PHPUnit, Laravel Dusk, and Playwright.
• Proficiency with Inertia.js and building RESTful APIs in Laravel.
• Front‑end development experience (React, Vue.js, Laravel Livewire) and a bonus familiarity with Tailwind CSS.
• Ability to take ownership of work, meet estimates, and maintain a detail‑oriented, positive mindset.
