Full Stack Laravel & React Developer (Remote, Latin America)

About the role

Bluelight Consulting is seeking a skilled Full Stack Laravel & React Developer to join its rapidly expanding remote team serving clients across the United States and Latin America. You will work on high‑impact projects, building modern web applications that delight users and meet demanding business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Laravel (v8+) back‑ends and React front‑ends for client applications.
• Implement RESTful APIs, authentication, and data access using Eloquent ORM and Laravel Query Builder.
• Write automated tests with Pest PHP, PHPUnit, Laravel Dusk, or Playwright to ensure code quality.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, take ownership of feature delivery, and align work with client objectives.
• Participate in code reviews, contribute to continuous‑learning initiatives, and stay current with modern web technologies.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional experience with Laravel 8 or newer.
• Strong knowledge of Eloquent ORM, Laravel authentication, and query building.
• Hands‑on experience with testing tools such as Pest, PHPUnit, Dusk, or Playwright.
• Proficiency in building RESTful APIs and using Inertia.js.
• Experience with front‑end frameworks (React, Vue.js, Laravel Livewire) and a positive, detail‑oriented mindset.
