Head of Product (Remote) for Fast‑Growing SaaS Startup

About the role

We are seeking a Head of Product to lead the product function of a fast‑growing AI‑native PRM SaaS startup. This is a remote, full‑time contractor position reporting directly to the CTO and working with teams across engineering, design, sales, and customer success.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously evolve the product roadmap across all product areas.
• Lead, mentor, and expand a team of Product Managers.
• Partner with leadership to define product strategy, priorities, and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering to ensure timely delivery of features.
• Drive alignment with Design, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Conduct customer discovery, user research, and competitive analysis.
• Define and track product KPIs such as adoption, retention, and feature impact.
• Oversee sprint planning and product release processes.

Required profile

• 10+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
• At least 4 years leading product managers.
• Proven track record of shipping products that generate measurable business impact.
• Experience with enterprise software, integrations, workflows, or platform products.
• Strong product strategy and execution capabilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Portuguese is a plus.
