Paid Advertising Specialist – Fashion

About the role

The Paid Advertising Specialist will support the execution and performance of paid media campaigns for fashion clients. Working closely with lead Strategists, you may also own end‑to‑end strategy for a select group of core accounts. The role demands a detail‑oriented, self‑starting professional eager to grow technical, strategic and analytical capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain flawless execution across paid platforms such as Meta, Google and TikTok, ensuring accurate setup, tracking, naming conventions and rigorous QA.
• Manage timelines, budgets, pacing and day‑to‑day performance with high ownership and autonomy.
• Support reporting, optimisations and routine campaign management to drive measurable results.
• Collaborate closely with lead Strategists and communicate insights effectively.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Attentive learner, strong problem‑solver and eager to develop technical and analytical skills.
• Reliable, detail‑oriented and able to deliver high‑quality work on time.
