Paralegal – Personal Injury (Remote – LATAM)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Paralegal specialized in personal injury to join our legal team remotely from Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, or Peru. You will support attorneys throughout the lifecycle of personal injury cases, from pre‑litigation to resolution, ensuring all documentation and procedural steps are handled efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare demand packages, including liability analysis, damages summaries, and supporting documentation.
• Manage discovery processes: draft and respond to requests, organize sessions, and track case‑related tasks.
• Communicate professionally via email with clients, creditors, opposing counsel, and attorneys.
• Request and submit documentation to trustees or third parties, and review financial records and medical billing.
• Upload, organize, and maintain documents on trustee platforms, ensuring accurate dockets and compliance with internal procedures.
• Support attorneys throughout each case, providing timely follow‑up and resolution of outstanding items.

Required profile

• Law degree (mandatory).
• Minimum 1.5 years experience in personal injury law or litigation within U.S. law firms.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.
• Fluent English (C1 level) with excellent verbal and written communication.
