Partnership Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Partnership Sales Manager to drive the growth of our client’s real‑estate network across Peru. The role focuses on creating and converting partnership opportunities with building owners, franchise operators and competitors, contributing directly to the company’s strategic expansion goals.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver new partner locations each year, targeting an increase of system revenue by £5 million+ annually.
• Generate market awareness of the partnership proposition through B2B networking, canvassing and cold‑calling.
• Identify, pitch and negotiate with prospective partners, securing deals that involve converting existing buildings or acquiring new sites.
• Lead commercial discussions, obtain board approval and finalize contracts with legal support.
• Spend significant time in the field to generate leads, meet customers and close deals.

Required profile

• Proven sales or B2B business development experience in a fast‑growing environment.
• Self‑starter with a track record of generating and closing high‑value deals (£250 k+ investment).
• Strong communication and presentation skills, able to influence diverse audiences.
• Resilient under pressure, independent thinker who can create interest in a proposition.
• Solid business and financial acumen to build credibility during negotiations.
• Professional proficiency in English and fluency in Spanish.
