Peru Country Manager

About the role

The Peru Country Manager will lead Segway’s overall business strategy, commercial performance, and market expansion in Peru. Reporting as the senior commercial leader, you will own the country business plan, drive revenue growth across all product lines, and build a high‑performing multi‑channel distribution network.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the country business plan to meet sales, market share, and profitability targets.
• Own revenue growth and financial performance for all Segway product lines in Peru.
• Lead strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance reviews.
• Build, manage and optimise a multi‑channel distribution network including distributors, retailers, fleet partners and B2B accounts.
• Identify, evaluate and onboard new channel partners to expand market coverage.
• Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and partners, aligning with Segway’s brand strategy.
• Conduct market analysis on customer needs, industry trends, regulations and competition.
• Identify new business opportunities in shared mobility, corporate fleets and government projects.
• Coordinate with marketing, operations, product and supply‑chain teams for rapid market response.
• Oversee sales operations, inventory planning and logistics to support demand.
• Monitor regulatory and economic developments affecting strategy.
• Represent Segway at industry events, trade shows and key stakeholder meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of sales, business development or general management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing the Peruvian market.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets, managing P&L and building scalable distribution networks.
• Deep understanding of the Peruvian mobility, consumer electronics, automotive or related industries.
