Principal, Services, Business Development

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a senior leader to head the Services Business Development function in Peru. Reporting as a Vice President, you will shape strategy, drive new services opportunities, and manage the cluster‑level P&L for Services.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for Services in Peru, building and scaling client relationships.
• Collaborate with Services Product and Delivery teams to ensure seamless go‑to‑market execution.
• Provide strategic input for long‑term growth initiatives across the cluster.
• Lead and manage the Services P&L at the cluster level.
• Develop financial models and business cases to support new Services opportunities.
• Coach Services Business Leads to expand Service Sales Offerings within their client portfolios.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior business development or commercial leadership roles, preferably within payments or cybersecurity.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to build robust financial models.
• Excellent client‑facing and relationship‑building skills.
• Entrepreneurial attitude and ability to drive scalable revenue streams.
