Project Manager – Fintech Payments

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the development of payment solutions that support Peru’s financial inclusion goals. You will shape the product vision, create road‑maps, and ensure resilient, market‑ready offerings that meet both merchant and bank needs.

Key responsibilities

• Define a long‑term product vision and roadmap aligned with company and national financial inclusion objectives.
• Identify market opportunities such as Open Finance Pix flows and one‑tap payments, and devise strategies to capture them.
• Make data‑driven decisions while balancing customer needs and business goals.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to build and launch products.
• Accelerate time‑to‑market for merchants and banks by delivering locally‑adapted product suites.
• Own product resilience, implementing chaos‑engineering practices to prevent downtime.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Engineering or Computer Science preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in a product‑focused role (e.g., Engineer, Lead, Product Manager).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a data‑driven mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
• Proven ability to collaborate across multiple teams and manage stakeholders.
