Project Manager – IP & Network Operations

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Project Manager to oversee IP and transit network monitoring, planning, and improvement. The role involves coordinating IP and leased‑line projects, delivering solutions to local teams, and ensuring smooth network infrastructure construction.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and plan IP and transit networks.
• Improve products and coordinate IP and leased‑line initiatives.
• Support IP and leased‑line projects by providing solutions and delivery services.
• Build relationships with partners and manage construction procedures for network infrastructure.
• Collect and provide information for decision‑making and procurement processes.
• Troubleshoot and reconfigure networks when failures occur.
• Collaborate with headquarters on Americas region network construction planning.
• Perform additional tasks as requested by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; Chinese is a plus.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, team player with strong communication skills.
