About the role

We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Legal Case Manager to own personal injury matters from intake through settlement. This fully remote position supports U.S. law firms and offers the chance to shape case strategy while working on a flexible Monday‑to‑Friday schedule (9 AM‑5 PM EST).

Key responsibilities

Conduct intake analysis, assess liability, insurance coverage, and damages, and define the initial case strategy.
Own and manage cases throughout their lifecycle, including treatment review, demand preparation, negotiation, and settlement.
Evaluate case strengths and weaknesses, identify evidentiary gaps, and anticipate defense and insurance arguments.
Analyze medical treatment history, injury severity, and care gaps to craft compelling medical narratives and justify damages.

Required profile

Strong organizational and analytical abilities with a proactive mindset.
Excellent written and spoken English (minimum B2/C1 level).
At least one year of experience working with U.S. law firms on personal injury or litigation matters.
