Remote Logistics Analyst – Manage Hardware Supply Chain

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Analyst to oversee hardware logistics, ensuring compliance, cost‑effectiveness and data‑driven decision making across our global organization.

Key responsibilities

• Process shipping requests using Jira.
• Update SAP for inventory management.
• Manage hardware requests, warranties and renewals.
• Analyze assigned inventory through SAP and Jira.
• Create retrieval requests for hardware assets.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, operations, supply chain or procurement.
• Background managing hardware, physical assets or inventory.
• Experience with ticketing systems or operational workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience coordinating international shipments and courier services.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
