Remote QA Engineer – AI Code Evaluation

About the role

We are seeking a Remote QA Engineer to join our AI training program. In this position you will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate responses for accuracy and quality, and create coding challenges that help improve the model’s performance. The role is fully remote, flexible and project‑based, ideal for software engineers across Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess code produced by AI models for correctness, efficiency and best‑practice adherence.
• Rate AI responses on dimensions such as correctness, instruction‑following and overall quality.
• Design original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors and inconsistencies in AI‑generated code using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience at any level (junior to senior).
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Legally authorised to work in one of the listed Latin American countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
