Remote Software Engineer – AI Code Evaluation

About the role

We are looking for experienced software engineers in Latin America to help evaluate and improve code generated by artificial intelligence. This flexible freelance position lets you work remotely, set your own hours, and earn USD per hour.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated code snippets for accuracy, efficiency, and safety.
• Provide ground‑truth solutions to coding problems for model training.
• Refactor code to improve performance and scalability.
• Write robust test cases to verify functionality.
• Document code explanations in clear English.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Professional proficiency in written and read English.
• Strong ability to describe, evaluate, and critique code logic.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (optional).

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one major programming language (Python, Java, JavaScript, C++).
• Solid understanding of computer‑science fundamentals.
• Experience with code review and documentation.
