Retail Key Account Manager Senior

About the role

Rappi is looking for a Senior Retail Key Account Manager to drive growth and strengthen relationships with our most important retail partners. In this role you will be responsible for shaping the commercial strategy, ensuring the delivery of sales targets, and representing Rappi’s brand within the retail ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute account plans for top retail clients to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional activities with key partners.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
• Provide regular performance reporting and insights to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior key account management within the retail sector.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and lead complex projects.
