Senior Director of Operations & Country Manager

About the role

Third Way Health is seeking a senior leader to head its new Lima office and drive the growth of its global service delivery team in Peru. Reporting to the COO and working closely with the founders, the Senior Director of Operations & Country Manager will be responsible for building a scalable operating model, overseeing all local functions and ensuring compliance with Peruvian regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the most senior in‑country leader, accountable for performance, growth and culture of the Lima operation.
• Provide oversight of local HR, Finance, IT, Facilities and administrative teams.
• Manage relationships with legal counsel, tax authorities, auditors, banking partners and other regulatory bodies.
• Lead the end‑to‑end build‑out of the new Lima office, including site selection, fit‑out, vendor management and establishment of operating policies.
• Develop local leadership talent, drive employer branding and foster a high‑performance culture aligned with company values.
• Partner with global leadership and service‑delivery heads to ensure operational performance and customer satisfaction.
• Own the country P&L, handling budgeting, headcount planning and cost management to achieve sustainable growth.

Required profile

• University degree; MBA is a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in consulting (Big 4 or strategy consulting) or comparable senior operational roles.
• Proven track record of building and scaling operations in emerging markets.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and cross‑functional coordination skills.
