Senior Facilities Coordinator

About the role

As a Senior Facilities Coordinator at JLL, you will lead the day‑to‑day operations of IBM’s corporate campus, ensuring that all building services run smoothly and meet the client’s high standards. You will act as the primary liaison between IBM, JLL technicians, and external contractors, driving operational excellence across multiple functional areas.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive daily site inspections and walkthroughs, evaluating facility conditions and identifying maintenance needs.
• Oversee the full work order management process, ensuring timely response, KPI compliance, and coordination of complex repairs and projects.
• Serve as senior on‑site authority for vendor management, providing strategic direction to contractors and service providers.
• Manage and optimize site amenities such as fitness facilities, food services, security, landscaping, snow removal, pest control, waste management, and transportation programs.
• Coordinate high‑profile workplace events, executive meetings, and conference facilities, handling logistics and execution.
• Maintain comprehensive facility documentation, including emergency response plans, health and safety protocols, and access management systems.
• Drive continuous improvement through systematic site assessments, performance metric analysis, and strategic recommendations.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of progressive experience in facilities management, corporate workplace services, or building operations.
• Demonstrated success in leading site inspections, work order management, and vendor coordination.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, and regulatory compliance in a corporate environment.
