About the Role

In this strategic role, you will act as the vital link between our Client Services/Sales teams and the Talent Acquisition department, ensuring we deliver top-tier technical talent to meet our growing commercial demands.

Main Missions

• Strategically analyze and manage our pre-selected candidate pool to identify the best fits for ongoing IT opportunities.
• Bridge the gap between Sales/Client Services and Talent Acquisition to ensure seamless communication.
• Handle the end-to-end selection process, including candidate preparation and professional presentation.
• Manage the client-side validation process to optimize time-to-market and drive revenue growth.
• Rewrite and optimize CVs to highlight technical expertise and align with client requirements.

Profile Required

• Proven experience in IT Recruitment, specifically within high-growth tech environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with a business-oriented approach to recruitment processes.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a process-driven mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural, and remote setting.
• Highly collaborative attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
