As a Senior Product Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our entire ecosystem, bridging the gap between medical expertise and cutting-edge technology to deliver high-quality, patient-centered healthcare.

Missions principales

• Take end-to-end ownership of significant product components, including patient, provider, and admin applications.
• Design and optimize complex onboarding flows using React and Next.js to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Manage and scale the NestJS monolith and maintain the core API within a Turborepo monorepo environment.
• Architect and manage PostgreSQL schemas and handle asynchronous task processing via pg-boss.
• Integrate and scale critical third-party services such as Stripe, Authorize.Net, Vouched, and Customer.io.
• Oversee AWS infrastructure deployment, monitoring system health via Datadog, and optimizing performance bottlenecks.
• Ensure rigorous security standards and best practices to protect sensitive patient data.
• Lead code reviews and document architectural decisions and API contracts.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer with a strong track-record in full-stack development.
• Expertise in building scalable, production-ready applications in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sense of ownership and the ability to work autonomously on complex, end-to-end features.
• A security-first mindset, especially when handling sensitive healthcare information.

Competences requises

• Advanced proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
• Deep knowledge of Node.js (NestJS) and Monorepo management (Turborepo).
• Strong database skills with PostgreSQL and experience with asynchronous queues (pg-boss).
• Hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure and Datadog monitoring.
• Experience integrating complex payment and identity verification APIs (Stripe, Vouched).
