Senior Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of cloud‑native applications. You will own end‑to‑end delivery of projects, mentor junior team members, and ensure high‑quality, production‑ready code.

Key responsibilities

• Write clean, self‑documenting code aligned with service architecture and apply proper abstractions.
• Take full ownership of a project from conception through deployment, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced developers, promoting best practices in cloud architecture.
• Identify and refactor systematic issues across multiple stacks, responding promptly to stakeholder concerns.
• Configure and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure required for application development and operation.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a software engineer.
• At least 4 years working with Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), preferably AWS.
• Strong experience (4+ years) with TypeScript, Node.js, Git, and GitHub Actions.
• 2+ years of experience using AWS CDK for infrastructure deployment.
• 2+ years of frontend development experience with React.
• Experience with both relational and non‑relational databases.
• Exposure to payment integration platforms such as Stripe or Mercado Pago (desired).
