About the role

You will own the number of booked discovery calls generated from organic search. You will manage our local search presence across 10 U.S. cities, build national service pages, and lead a small SEO team.

Key responsibilities

Book SEO discovery calls each week and report them every Monday.
Manage local rankings across 10 U.S. cities in collaboration with the local SEO specialist.
Develop and maintain national service pages for corporate, explainer, and commercial video.
Create keyword strategy and a monthly content plan.
Track leads using Google Analytics, Search Console, and HubSpot.
Approve any website changes that affect search, including site migrations.

Required profile

5+ years of SEO experience, including local SEO for a multi‑location service business.
Experience owning a leads or pipeline metric, not just rankings.
Hands‑on experience with Google Business Profiles, Search Console, GA4, and Ahrefs or Semrush.
Strong written and spoken English.
At least 4 hours overlap with U.S. Pacific Time.
