Service Technician II

About the role

Conduent is seeking a Service Technician II to deliver mission‑critical equipment support for Fortune 100 clients and government agencies. The role involves monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting a variety of devices to ensure reliable operation.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor equipment performance and report any malfunctions.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and communicate issues promptly.
• Set up, install, and prepare equipment for operation.
• Review equipment components to verify quality standards.
• Complete required documentation for maintenance activities.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance.
• Operate a company vehicle to service remote locations when needed.
• Assist and guide Level 1 technicians; occasionally perform Level 1 tasks.
• Adhere to quality‑control procedures and company policies.

Required profile

• Ability to work within established procedures with moderate supervision.
• Maintains relevant licenses, training, and certifications.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and self‑guidance.
• Effective communication and information exchange.
• Manages own workload without supervisory responsibilities.
