Solutions & Value Consultant (Retail-CPG Strategy & SaaS)

About the role

We are seeking a Solutions & Value Consultant to help our strategic retail and CPG clients adopt the Kuona SaaS platform. You will translate business challenges into technology‑driven solutions that generate measurable ROI and support long‑term growth.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the trusted point of contact for a portfolio of key retail and CPG clients.
• Lead onboarding and implementation of the Kuona platform, ensuring rapid adoption.
• Diagnose client business needs and design actionable commercial strategies using the platform.
• Apply consulting methodology to structure problems, identify opportunities, and create value roadmaps.
• Maintain high‑level relationships with senior stakeholders and manage escalations professionally.
• Monitor platform usage, propose optimisations, and collaborate with technical, product and sales teams.
• Conduct business reviews and executive presentations that demonstrate achieved ROI.
• Support contract renewal and expansion by showcasing generated value.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in consulting, customer success or client‑facing roles.
• Background in strategic consulting firms (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Deloitte) is highly valued.
• Experience working with CPG or retail clients, preferably with knowledge of revenue growth management or pricing.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret commercial data and generate strategic recommendations.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint or Google Slides.
• Familiarity with BI or analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI or Looker.
• Ability to quickly adopt SaaS tools and leverage AI‑first approaches.
