Staffing Frontiers Consultant – Remote

About the role

BairesDev® is seeking a Staffing Frontiers Consultant to strategically analyze and staff IT business opportunities. Working remotely, you will act as the bridge between Client Services, Sales, and Talent Acquisition, ensuring the right talent is matched to client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, select, prepare, and present vetted candidates to clients.
• Manage the end‑to‑end vetting process on the client side.
• Fill openings promptly while meeting time‑to‑market and revenue targets.
• Review and filter candidate pipelines according to defined parameters.
• Maintain and clean open requisitions to keep them up to date.
• Communicate effectively with clients, Client Services, and Sales teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as an IT Project Manager.
• Proven client‑facing experience in the IT industry.
• Analytical, adaptable, and detail‑oriented mindset.
• Strong business and process orientation.
• Advanced English with articulate and eloquent communication skills.
