About the role
Acronis is seeking a Strategic Partner Account Manager to expand its presence with service‑provider partners in Peru or Ecuador. You will work closely with partner sales leaders to grow revenue, increase the customer base, and strengthen market share for Acronis’ cyber‑protection platform.
Key responsibilities
- Establish, manage and grow relationships with existing and new service‑provider partners.
- Drive incremental Annual Recurring Revenue through partner‑led sales initiatives.
- Recruit, onboard and train new MSP partners, delivering product and sales enablement.
- Provide monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts, pipeline updates and business activity reports to Acronis sales management.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and planning sessions with assigned partners.
- Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, Acronis Academy and executive teams.
- Support partners in selling Acronis Cyber Protection services to their customer base.
Required profile
- 5+ years of sales or account‑management experience, including strategic large‑account handling.
- 3+ years of proven success recruiting and managing service‑provider partners in backup, disaster recovery, security or cloud technologies.
- Strong business‑development acumen combined with tactical sales execution.
- Excellent organizational, problem‑solving and multitasking abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office.
- Experience using a CRM system for daily activity management.
