Systems & DevOps Engineer – Kubernetes & On‑Prem Infrastructure (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Systems & DevOps Engineer to join our client’s team remotely across Latin America. You will work side‑by‑side with designers and engineers, delivering reliable on‑prem and cloud infrastructure solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and troubleshoot Linux servers in enterprise production environments.
• Design, configure and maintain TCP/IP networks, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, NAT, VPNs, firewalls and SSL/TLS.
• Manage enterprise load balancers, preferably F5 BIG‑IP.
• Oversee virtualized infrastructure, including host, cluster and resource management.
• Support storage solutions and SAN platforms such as Pure Storage.
• Maintain web stack components (Apache, PHP, MySQL/MariaDB) and NoSQL databases like Couchbase.
• Deploy and operate container platforms (Docker, Kubernetes) and related orchestration.
• Implement Infrastructure‑as‑Code using Terraform and/or Ansible.
• Work with AWS and hybrid‑cloud environments, building CI/CD pipelines and developer platforms.
• Monitor systems with Grafana, Prometheus and develop automation scripts in Bash or Python.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps, systems, infrastructure or network engineering.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Completed a four‑year college degree.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues across systems, networks, storage and applications.
