Talent Acquisition Specialist – Creative & LATAM Focus (Remote)

About the role

Deer Designer is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a focus on creative talent in the LATAM region. You will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating and hiring senior designers, video editors and other creative professionals to support the company’s mission of empowering small businesses. The role is fully remote and offers the chance to shape the company’s recruitment strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Source and hire senior creative talent (web/graphic designers, video editors, etc.) primarily from LATAM using platforms such as Behance, Dribbble, LinkedIn and community referrals.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of pre‑vetted candidates and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders.
• Manage and improve hiring workflows in the ATS, Notion and Slack, automating candidate communication and tracking key metrics (time‑to‑hire, pass‑through rates).
• Oversee onboarding and off‑boarding processes, ensuring smooth account setup, access provision and probation check‑ins.
• Handle basic HR requests such as contracts, verifications and simple engagement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proficient in web design and video editing.
• Experience in talent acquisition, especially for creative roles.
• Comfortable using Slack, Notion and coordinating interview schedules.
• Conversational English communication skills.
