Technical Support Consultant (Fluent English, Remote)

About the role

SupportYourApp is looking for a Technical Support Consultant to join its global, multilingual team. You will work remotely, providing high‑quality technical assistance to customers of SaaS, software, and hardware solutions while collaborating closely with engineering and product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding technical support via email and chat, taking ownership of issues from start to resolution.
• Participate in weekly or bi‑weekly engineering planning sessions to share customer insights.
• Run recurring support retrospectives to surface trends and inform product priorities.
• Review and improve AI chatbot responses by refining rules and behavior.
• Maintain and enhance knowledge‑base content.
• Optimize support tooling and workflows across Zendesk and Linear.

Required profile

• Excellent English communication skills (C1 level, spoken and written).
• At least 1 year of proven experience in a technical support role.
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical customers.
• Customer‑oriented attitude with solid problem‑solving abilities.
• Reliable personal computer (minimum 8 GB RAM) and stable high‑speed internet connection.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Zendesk or similar support platforms.
• Familiarity with Linear or equivalent issue‑tracking tools.
• Ability to interpret logs or structured data (e.g., JSON) and use monitoring tools such as Grafana.
• Experience using AI tools to improve support efficiency.
