Technical Support L1 – English Speakers (Peru)

About the role

NTT DATA is seeking an English‑speaking Level 1 Technical Support professional to join its international support team in Peru. You will work on a 24 × 7 rotating shift schedule, providing first‑line assistance to users across Windows, Linux/Unix and cloud platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 technical support and resolve incidents for end‑users.
• Register, monitor and manage tickets using ServiceNow, JIRA, Remedy or similar tools.
• Support infrastructure environments including Windows, Linux and Unix servers.
• Assist with basic tasks in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Communicate effectively in both Spanish and English.
• Escalate complex issues to higher support levels when required.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support or server administration.
• Fluent English (spoken) and Spanish.
• Willingness to work rotating 24 × 7 shifts.
• Residence in Trujillo, Lima or Arequipa, Peru.

Required skills

• Windows operating system.
• Linux/Unix operating systems.
• Ticketing tools (ServiceNow, JIRA, Remedy, etc.).
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of AWS, Azure or GCP.
