Video Editor

About the role

We are seeking a Video Editor to transform raw footage into engaging, platform‑native videos that drive performance across paid social channels. Working closely with the Paid Social team, you will create on‑brand, conversion‑focused content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn.

Key responsibilities

• Edit and deliver high‑quality video optimized for paid social on multiple platforms.
• Cut, trim, and sequence raw footage, apply transitions, colour grading, sound design and motion graphics.
• Add captions and text overlays for accessibility and silent‑viewing formats.
• Maintain organized production files and video asset libraries.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams during concept development and campaign planning.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform trends and incorporate them into content.
• Incorporate feedback quickly and iterate with a continuous‑improvement mindset.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of video‑editing experience for brands on social platforms.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling, editing range and creative judgment.
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with short‑form and long‑form content specifications.

Required skills

• Expert‑level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Advanced skills in Adobe After Effects.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and motion‑graphics techniques.
• Understanding of video codecs, export settings and platform optimisation.
• Experience with Notion, Slack and Google Workspace (GSuite).
