Wholesalers Intern

About the role

HP is hiring students for a 1-year paid internship in its Wholesalers Intern program, based in Lima. The program is designed to help students apply their classroom learning to real-world challenges, with a mix of networking, executive speakers, community involvement, substantial projects and team collaboration.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a four-year college and graduating with a bachelor's degree in February 2028
• Full-time enrollment at an accredited university
• Preferred majors: Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Project Management
• Interest in business operations, customer delivery, financial analysis, continuous improvement, and automation, AI and digital solutions

Required skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with business, operational and financial data
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
• Ability to interpret data and turn findings into clear business insights
• Effective written and verbal communication in English
• Collaboration with cross-functional and global teams

The schedule is part-time, with no shift premium (Peru).
