About the role
HP is hiring students for a 1-year paid internship in its Wholesalers Intern program, based in Lima. The program is designed to help students apply their classroom learning to real-world challenges, with a mix of networking, executive speakers, community involvement, substantial projects and team collaboration.
Required profile
- Currently enrolled in a four-year college and graduating with a bachelor's degree in February 2028
- Full-time enrollment at an accredited university
- Preferred majors: Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Project Management
- Interest in business operations, customer delivery, financial analysis, continuous improvement, and automation, AI and digital solutions
Required skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with business, operational and financial data
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
- Ability to interpret data and turn findings into clear business insights
- Effective written and verbal communication in English
- Collaboration with cross-functional and global teams
The schedule is part-time, with no shift premium (Peru).
