Account Executive – Fintech SaaS (Remote – LATAM)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Account Executive to join a fast‑growing fintech SaaS company. This fully remote, long‑term contractor position focuses on outbound sales to US‑based finance leaders, allowing you to own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage an outbound pipeline across multiple target segments.
• Prospect, qualify, demo, and close deals with CFOs, Controllers, and Finance Managers.
• Deliver high‑quality product demonstrations and address technical or process‑related questions live.
• Maintain consistent pipeline activity and achieve revenue targets.
• Collaborate with the founding team to refine messaging, sales motion, and go‑to‑market strategy.

Required profile

• 3+ years of full‑cycle B2B SaaS sales experience targeting US clients.
• Proven ability to build and close an outbound pipeline independently.
• Experience selling into finance, accounting, or related business functions.
• Excellent written and spoken English (near‑native level).
• Comfortable working remotely with international teams.
