Join Operations Army in a dynamic, fully remote role that bridges the gap between financial precision and exceptional client service. We are looking for a meticulous and experienced professional to manage our daily accounting operations while ensuring seamless communication with our stakeholders, working strictly during US business hours.

Missions principales

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries.
• Execute full-cycle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
• Perform regular reconciliations of bank accounts, credit cards, and balance sheets.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure financial integrity.
• Generate comprehensive financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheets, etc.).
• Ensure strict compliance with US GAAP standards and internal company policies.
• Assist with payroll processing, expense tracking, and tax preparation coordination.
• Identify process discrepancies and propose strategic improvements for financial workflows.

Profil recherché

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2 to 5+ years of professional accounting experience, ideally supporting US-based clients.
• Proven expertise in US GAAP compliance.
• Ability to work autonomously in a 100% remote environment.
• Strong organizational skills with an uncompromising attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for customer support tasks.

Competences requises

• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or NetSuite).
• Advanced mastery of Excel or Google Sheets.
• Knowledge of US payroll systems (Gusto, ADP) is a significant plus.
• Financial analysis and budgeting capabilities.
