Architect – Revit Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a professional architect with strong experience in Revit to lead the creation of detailed construction documentation. The role involves coordinating architectural projects, producing high‑quality 3D renderings, and ensuring all deliverables comply with building and zoning codes.

Key responsibilities

• Produce detailed construction drawings, sections, elevations, and wall typologies for Department of Buildings approval.
• Coordinate with clients and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Create high‑quality 3D renderings using Lumion (or equivalent software).
• Develop comprehensive schedules for doors, windows, plumbing, and lighting fixtures.
• Maintain accurate Revit models that meet architectural and construction standards.
• Tag and annotate drawings to clearly communicate design intent and construction requirements.
• Manage project documentation and deliverables with precision.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (upper‑intermediate to proficient).
• Verified architectural or engineering background with experience in project coordination.
• Ability to prepare drawings from supplied plans and sketches and provide timely updates.
