Join a global leader in nutrition and join our Purina Specialty team in Lima. As a Commercial Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales operations and ensuring seamless execution within the specialty channel, providing vital visibility and administrative excellence to our sales force.

Missions principales

• Support the Key Account Manager (KAM) in generating monthly commercial reports and performance analysis.
• Manage sales operations including order entry, collections, promotions, and credit notes.
• Ensure business continuity by providing coverage for Field Sales Representatives (FSR) during their leave periods.
• Maintain and update client databases for the Purina brand, ensuring data integrity.
• Provide strategic support to Trade and CDT teams through data analysis on pricing, clients, and channel-specific insights.
• Monitor and report on stock levels, including shortages, cuts, and upcoming arrivals to optimize availability.
• Handle all documentary formalities for the NPPC sales team.

Perfil buscado

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure and accuracy.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to make quick, effective decisions.
• Strong communication skills with an assertive approach.
• Internal candidates must meet PDP score requirements (2.2) and have at least 12 months of tenure in their current role.

Competencias requeridas

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Hands-on experience or knowledge of SAP.
• Familiarity with tools such as AFS and Hybris is a plus.
• Basic to intermediate English level.
• High level of practicality and organizational skills.
