About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Case Manager to join our start‑up environment. The role combines client intake, document handling, and case preparation for attorney review, ensuring smooth communication and efficient case progression.

Key responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and conduct partial intake using a provided script.
  • Collect, organize, and maintain client documents.
  • Prepare complete cases for attorney review once all documentation is gathered.
  • Use Best Case software for case management.
  • Handle approximately 50‑70 calls per month, depending on advertising volume.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to ensure timely case progression.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow up with clients as needed.

Required profile

  • Bilingual proficiency (English and another language).
  • Experience in legal or customer‑service settings.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a start‑up environment.

Required skills

  • Best Case case‑management software.
