About the role
We are looking for a bilingual Case Manager to join our start‑up environment. The role combines client intake, document handling, and case preparation for attorney review, ensuring smooth communication and efficient case progression.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and conduct partial intake using a provided script.
- Collect, organize, and maintain client documents.
- Prepare complete cases for attorney review once all documentation is gathered.
- Use Best Case software for case management.
- Handle approximately 50‑70 calls per month, depending on advertising volume.
- Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to ensure timely case progression.
- Maintain accurate records and follow up with clients as needed.
Required profile
- Bilingual proficiency (English and another language).
- Experience in legal or customer‑service settings.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a start‑up environment.
Required skills
- Best Case case‑management software.
