About the role
Bradken, a Hitachi Construction Machinery company, is seeking a bilingual Chinese Account Manager to drive growth of its mill liner business in Peru. Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the role blends technical expertise, commercial strategy and customer engagement within the mining sector.
Key responsibilities
- Identify new sales opportunities and expand existing accounts to support business growth.
- Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships in the mining industry.
- Develop sales plans aligned with market conditions and budget targets.
- Monitor performance against KPIs and adjust strategies as needed.
- Conduct regular customer visits, both independently and with internal stakeholders.
- Perform mill liner wear monitoring and assist the engineering team with technical reporting.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Utilize Salesforce and other CRM platforms to manage pipelines and track opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer data and sales records in Epicor and related systems.
Required profile
- Commercially driven professional with a passion for client relationships in the mining sector.
- 2–4 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer‑facing technical roles.
- Background in business, sales, industrial, technical or engineering fields (mechanical, industrial, mining or related).
- Customer‑oriented, solution‑focused mindset with strong collaboration skills.
- Ability to adapt to dynamic, field‑based environments.
