Bilingual IT Helpdesk Technician

About the role

Bradken is seeking a motivated Bilingual IT Helpdesk Technician to provide first‑line technical support for users across the Americas. The role is based at the Lima manufacturing plant and offers the chance to work with a multinational team in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Attend to IT ticket requests from company users.
• Communicate directly with clients to provide updates and resolve issues.
• Monitor technical cases in the ticketing system to ensure efficient handling.
• Collaborate with senior IT staff and diverse teams in Peru and abroad.

Required profile

• Technical diploma in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, or a student in the final semesters of a related bachelor’s degree.
• 2‑3 years of experience in a Help Desk or IT Support role (internship or assistant level acceptable).
• Conversational English (written and verbal) is essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills, proactive attitude and desire to learn.
• Optional certifications: IT Essentials and CompTIA A+.
