Business Analyst - Retail Sector

Main Missions

• GTM Support: Assist the Go-To-Market Manager and Director in the seamless execution and monitoring of product, pricing, and promotional strategies.
• Incentive Management: Oversee and manage the monthly review process for incentive quota reserves to ensure accuracy and alignment.
• PSI Analysis: Conduct in-depth Purchase, Sales, and Inventory (PSI) data analysis to provide actionable insights for new product launches.
• Business Planning: Design comprehensive business plans, including detailed cost analysis and project expense calculations.
• Process Control: Provide critical decision-making support and actively participate in relevant internal control workflows.

Profile Required

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Retail, B2C sectors, or as a Commercial Assistant.
• Advanced proficiency in English is mandatory.
• Strong analytical mindset with a systematic approach to complex problem-solving.
• Ability to work autonomously while maintaining a strong collaborative team spirit.
